Hertford International Group Plc is the holding company for the following subsidiary companies;

CrewCard Network Limited is a marketer of pre-paid debit card programmes to a number of high growth niche markets. Crewcard’s business model is to develop several complementary brands, to sell product through distribution networks, and build an ongoing relationship with its card users, which will enable it to cross-sell additional products and services.

Crewcall Network Limited is developing new offerings for the low-cost calling telephony market.

In addition Hertford International Group Plc, as announced on 20th November 2008, is intending to purchase Cheque Exchange Limited from Provident Financial Plc. Cheque Exchange Limited is a company which provides either cheque cashing or money transfer facilities or in some cases both services through a network of seven hundred and fifty agents.
